After our original review of the Minipresso GR went live a couple months ago, I was contacted by the creator of this fantastic device with some tips for getting better crema, and instructions on how to clean the extraction head. This demonstration is a little longer than most of my other videos, but hopefully it’ll provide some help to Minipresso users who want to disassemble and air-out some of the parts.

The Minipresso, made by Wacaco, is a portable espresso maker that requires no electricity or cartridges. I’ve been using it for a few months now without issue. For a handheld espresso maker, it produces amazingly thick crema and a great tasting brew. (Even better if you preheat the device as shown in the video.)
